Welcome to Eldrion digital. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our site and services at eldrion.digital.

1. Scope

These Terms apply to professional services, information products, and goods offered by Eldrion digital.

2. Professional Services

Eldrion digital provides enterprise legal services tailored to corporate needs. Engagements begin upon acceptance of a proposal and receipt of deposit or full payment.

Refunds: If you cancel within 7 days of the agreement date, you may request a refund of any prepaid fees that correspond to services not yet performed. To request, contact our team via contact form. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 days of approval. Service slots may be rescheduled once without fees, subject to availability. After service delivery begins, fees are non-refundable due to resource allocation.

3. Information Products

Information products include digital guides, templates, and training materials. Delivery occurs instantly upon payment. If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Requests must be submitted via contact form. Products must not be downloaded or accessed more than twice to qualify. Approved refunds are issued within 7 days of request.

4. Goods

Physical goods such as printed manuals are shipped to your address. You may return unopened goods within 30 days of delivery. Returns must be sent to our address: Swiss National Museum, Museumstrasse 2, 8001 Zurich, Switzerland. Use a traceable shipping method. Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds are processed within 14 days to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Payment and Delivery

We accept major credit cards and electronic transfers. Detailed payment terms are specified in each engagement letter, invoice, or product page.

6. General Refund and Rescheduling Policy

All refund requests must be submitted through our contact form. Refunds are processed by returning funds via the original payment method. Service appointments can be rescheduled once without penalty at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. After delivery begins, all fees for services rendered are final.

7. Limitation of Liability

Eldrion digital's maximum liability for any claim related to these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service or product. We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Zurich.
